Paint-by-Number Kits

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the kit must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging:

• The canvas must be unpainted and unmarked.
• Paint pots must remain sealed and unopened.
• Brushes and accessories must be unused.
• Any included DIY frame must be unassembled.
• Multi-piece kits must be returned as a complete set.

Kits that have been started, used, or altered are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect assistance with defective products or missing components.

Press-On Nails & Nail Accessories

For hygiene reasons, press-on nails, sticky tabs, nail adhesives, and glue remover are final sale. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on these products, including unopened items.

Please review the nail shape, length, colour, and product details before ordering.

Final-sale restrictions do not affect your rights if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has a product defect or missing component, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where helpful.

We will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include replacement components, a replacement product, or a refund, in accordance with applicable consumer rights. If we require a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item to be returned, we will cover return shipping.

How to Return an Eligible Paint Kit

Email us before sending your return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

For change-of-mind returns, please ship your item within 14 days of receiving return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your receipt.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an eligible change-of-mind return, we will refund the amount paid for the returned items, including applicable taxes, to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to defective goods, non-delivery, or statutory cancellation.
